RIMPRO PE is a specially manufactured product to emulsify paraffin wax, and RIMPRO PAE emulsifies a mix of paraffin oil and amino silicon oil — both delivering excellent emulsifying property and stable emulsions.

Use of Emulsifier (Dose)

Step 1 — Prepare the paraffin wax / RIMPRO PE blend, heated to 80°C:

Paraffin Wax 80%
RIMPRO PE 20%
Total (A) 100%

Step 2 — Dilute mixture (A) into hot water (80°C):

A (Above mixture) 4 - 40%
Hot water (80°C) 96 - 60%
Total 100 - 100%

The mixture is stirred for 15 minutes, until all molecules are diluted. It is then cooled with constant stirring to room temperature.

Biodegradability

RIMPRO PE is based on components mainly derived from natural fatty alcohols and undergoes biodegradation easily.

Paraffin & Amino Silicon Oil Emulsifier

RIMPRO PAE

RIMPRO PAE is specially manufactured to emulsify a mix of amino silicone oil and light-duty paraffin oil. It has excellent emulsifying property and produces a stable milky emulsion, making it a surfactant of choice for these oil types.

RIMPRO PAE - Recommended Dose

Amino Silicon Oil 10 - 20%
Paraffin Oil (light) 10 - 20%
RIMPRO PAE 10 - 20%
Water 70 - 40%

RIMPRO PAE is to be blended with the amino silicon oil and paraffin oil; water is then added to this emulsifiable concentrate under constant stirring to get a stable milky emulsion.
